Response and escalation
We acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in and the competent consumer forum. You do not have to give up statutory remedies to use our support process.
